EUDR commodities and relevant products

The table below lists goods classified in the Combined Nomenclature, and their HS codes, as set out in Annex I of Regulation (EEC) No 2658/87, which are referenced in Article 1 of the EUDR. (Source)

This Regulation does not apply to goods made entirely from materials that have completed their lifecycle and would otherwise be discarded as waste, as defined in Article 3, point (1), of Directive 2008/98/EC. However, this exception does not cover by-products of a manufacturing process if the process used materials that were not considered waste under the same directive.

Cattle
