Due diligence statements for every parcel

Within Verify, you can now create a due diligence statement for every parcel. It links each physical parcel with its corresponding dataset. Including vital metadata like origin, destination, date of harvest, bill of lading number and due diligence number. We enable you to create a subset of the dataset, which will avoid making a declaration in excess.

Verify automatically generates the geojson file containing all the geospatial data alongside the due diligence statement, so you have all the data files you need for EUDR compliance.

Our system automatically picks the right datasets by commodity and origin. This helps prevent mix-ups like linking Indonesian palm oil parcels with Ghanaian cocoa data sets - saving you time and hassle.

Your secure data vault

Our new data vault gives you a secure, organised space to store all your linked parcels and datasets. Not only does it ensure you never lose track of critical information, but it also sets the stage for future audits.

It is a single safe place for your compliance-ready data, to keep it well organised. Once you've gathered proof and mitigated risks, auditors see only the parcels and datasets ready for review. No unnecessary access.

The data vault also simplifies dataset segregation to organise your data, like separating EU-bound shipments from others. Only an admin can remove data, adding an extra layer of security.

Transparent audit trails to track every change

Transparency is key. Our built-in audit trail lets you see exactly who did what in your datasets and parcels. This accountability ensures that all changes are tracked, giving you peace of mind and a clear record for any future audits.

What this means for you: informed decisions without the extra hassle

We’ve simplified compliance and data management for you. By automatically linking parcels to datasets, generating due diligence statements on the fly, and securely storing everything in a data vault, it streamlines workflows and ensures seamless access to critical information.
